Audio Divina: Listening deeply with “Gracias a La Vida”

A spiritual practice from Center for Action & Contemplation

The night sky is gray with a small white crescent moon is between dark silhouettes of trees. A wisp of pink cloud crosses the top left of the photo diagonally.

I opened my day with a practice of Audio Divina, which I encountered in an instagram post by the Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

The post invites us to listen to this song three times, each time opening to it in new ways.

What does it stir in you?
